Mobile service
What "mobile" actually means
A driveway, a work car park, a street with a reasonable amount of room around the vehicle, or the side of the road if that is where the car has stopped. We need enough space to open both front doors fully and to walk the full length of the glass.
Urethane adhesive does not cure properly in rain, and glass being lifted in wind is a genuine hazard. If it is raining hard we work under cover where there is some, and if there is not, we say so and move the booking rather than fit glass that may leak.
Basement car parks are usually fine as long as we can get access and there is headroom for the van. Tell us the building when you book so we can sort access rather than discovering it on arrival.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
Mobile service is included in what we quote. We would rather build the travel into the quote than surprise you with a call-out line afterwards.
My suburb is not listed. Do you still come?
The listed areas are where we go most often, not the limit of where we go. Ring and ask, if we cannot reach you we will say so rather than take the booking.
