About Windscreen Replacers
Auto glass isn't one of the things we do. It's the entire business: cars and trucks, across Sydney, for more than a decade.

Windscreen Replacers is a mobile auto glass business based at Chipping Norton, NSW 2170, working across Sydney. We replace and repair windscreens, rear windows and side glass on cars and trucks, and we bring the work to the vehicle instead of asking you to bring the vehicle to us. We have been doing that for over 10 years.
One trade, and nothing bolted onto the side of it
Plenty of businesses will fit a windscreen for you. For most of them it sits on a list beside servicing, panel work or tinting, and it gets slotted in around whatever else is booked that day.
Here the list is shorter. Front windscreens, rear windows, door and quarter glass, seals and wiper blades, on cars, utes, vans, SUVs and trucks. There is nothing after that. We don't service engines, we don't do panel repair, and we won't quote you on anything we aren't set up to do properly.
The benefit is repetition. When one trade is the only trade, you meet the awkward variants often enough to recognise them on the phone. Most of what we're booked for is straightforward windscreen replacement, and doing that constantly is what stops the unusual jobs becoming a problem.
The person behind the business
Windscreen Replacers is owned and run by Eddie Yousef, and he is the main point of contact for it. If you ring about a quote, chase a booking, or want a second look at something that isn't sitting right after a job, Eddie is the person that reaches. There is no layer between a caller and the person responsible for the work.
He is also the name on the guides published on this site. That's deliberate: if advice about glass, damage and NSW road rules is going out under this business's name, a person should be accountable for what it says.
our five-star reviews, and why we print the number
We have 5-star Google reviews and a 5.0 average rating.
The reason that figure appears on this site rather than a phrase about reputation is that you can check it. It sits on our Google Business Profile, it's timestamped, it's written by people who paid us, and it takes about ten seconds to verify. Not one of those reviews sits below five stars, which is why the average reads 5.0 rather than something rounded kindly.
A claim you can audit is worth more than a claim you have to take on trust, so we'd rather give you the first kind.

Working mobile shapes everything else
There is no waiting room here, no counter to stand at and no courtesy car. That strips out a lot of overhead, and it puts far more weight on the conversation before the booking: get your vehicle details wrong on the phone and we find out about it in your driveway, with the wrong glass in the van.
So the questions come first. Make, model, build year, what's damaged, what's mounted behind the mirror, and where the car will be sitting. It's also why we'd rather quote once, properly, than give you a fast number and revise it on arrival.
Working in driveways, car parks and depots also makes weather and access part of the job, and the van's stock decides what can happen today. When we have your glass, today is realistic; when we don't, we'll tell you when it lands.
What we'll talk you out of
A fair share of the calls we take end with a smaller invoice than the caller expected, because the damage doesn't warrant a new screen.
Where a repair will hold, a repair is the better job. It costs less, it takes less of your day, and it leaves the factory-bonded glass in the car, which is worth keeping. We'll say so even though the replacement pays better.
The same applies to timing. Damage that is genuinely cosmetic, well clear of your line of sight and not spreading, can often wait for a more convenient week. We'd rather tell you that and see you when it matters than book you in tomorrow.
Every screen we fit is glass that meets Australian Design Rules for automotive safety glass, and our workmanship is covered.
Where we work
The base is at Chipping Norton in Sydney's south-west, and the service area is Sydney. All of it, from the western edge through to the coast, and no further. A mobile business that can't get back to a customer quickly isn't much use to them.
Five parts of the city have their own guide, and the rest are listed alongside them. You can read through the Sydney areas we cover to see whether yours has a page yet, though the answer to "do you come here" is almost always yes.

Talk to the people who'll be doing the work.
No script and no call centre: just the vehicle details, a straight quote, and a van on its way to you.
