Definitions

• Service Provider means Windscreen Replacers, the person or company providing a windscreen replacement or repair service to you, including any authorised representative.
• Authorised Representative means an employee of the Service Provider authorised to act on their behalf in providing the service.
• Windscreen means a transparent glass panel fitted to a vehicle.
• Customer means the person for whom the service is carried out.
• Vehicle means a motor vehicle, including a trailer, used for transporting goods or passengers.

Quotes, bookings and payment

The Customer agrees to pay the Service Provider for the service provided.

The Service Provider may charge the Customer for any additional costs reasonably incurred in connection with the service, and will advise the Customer before those costs are incurred wherever practicable.

The Service Provider may decline to provide the service where it believes the Customer is unable to comply with these terms.

The Service Provider may change its prices at any time. A price quoted for a specific vehicle applies to that quote.

Carrying out the work

The Service Provider will exercise reasonable care and skill in carrying out the service safely and efficiently, and will use the most appropriate method available, which may include removing the windscreen from the vehicle and replacing it.

The Service Provider will advise the Customer when the service will take place, and will make every reasonable effort to complete the work in a timely manner.

The Service Provider will provide the Customer with a copy of the final invoice following completion of the work.

Defects and remedies

The Service Provider will repair or replace any defective part identified on the glass following completion of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
